Reports To: Principal Designers

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an Interior Designer with at least three years of experience who’s ready to collaborate, problem-solve, and bring thoughtful design ideas to life. You love the details—whether it’s space planning, sourcing the perfect finishes, or refining a rendering until it feels just right. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects, communicating with clients and vendors, and making sure every element comes together seamlessly. What You’ll Do

Design Development & Documentation

  • Assist with site measures and document existing conditions.

  • Develop design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.

  • Draft floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.

  • Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Project Support & Coordination

  • Collaborate with Principal Designers on all phases of a project, from concept to installation.

  • Ensure design intent is executed accurately.

  • Attend client meetings and assist in presentations.

  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source samples, get quotes, and track orders.

Technical & Administrative Tasks

  • Draft and update drawings in SketchUp or Revit.

  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and specifications.

  • Assist in preparing permit and tender packages (if applicable).

  • Keep the design library and project files organized.

  • Support project timelines and budgets alongside the project manager.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A degree or diploma in Interior Design (or related field).

  • 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.

  • Strong proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Solid knowledge of design principles, space planning, and materials.

  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an asset.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Experience in customer service (retail or food service) is an asset—we love working with people who know how to handle clients and keep things running smoothly.

The Logistics

  • Full-time.

  • Flexible hybrid schedule (office + remote work).

  • Must be available weekdays, 9 AM – 5 PM, with occasional early mornings or evenings.

  • Must have a reliable vehicle for site visits.

  • PPE required for site work when applicable.
