DISCOVERY CALL

This is where we’ll initially determine if we are a good fit to work together. During this 30 minute call, we’ll dive into your project goals, timeline, and budget. 

DESIGN CONSULTATION

After our discovery call, we visit your home to get a deeper understanding of your current space and the possibilities. It’s our goal to learn as much about you and how you want to live and feel in your home as we can. 

DESIGN FEE PROPOSAL

We take the information we’ve gathered and put together a detailed fee proposal that outlines your specific project. We specify the details involved including the scope of work, your wants, needs, and personal preferences.  

PROJECT SETUP + ONBOARDING

After you’ve signed on to work with us we’ll do a deep dive into you and your home - measuring, photographing, analyzing, and thoroughly documenting. We’ll also ask you any additional questions to make sure we have a complete picture of your needs, wants, and aesthetic preferences. 

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Through a series of meetings and presentations we flex our design muscles and push the boundaries of your project to explore solutions and concepts for you and your space. We use our creativity, knowledge and experience to design a space that speaks to how you want to live and that complements your style and taste. 

FINISHES, FIXTURES, + FURNITURE

We meticulously curate finishes, fixtures and furniture to suit your project and style. We are happy to source and purchase furniture and decor to style your new space on your behalf. 

DRAWINGS

This is where it all comes together into a comprehensive drawing package which includes floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, schedules and notes; everything to communicate exactly how to build your new space.

CONSTRUCTION

When you design and build with us we manage all the details of your project. This includes collaborating with tradespeople, builders and architects, placing orders, overseeing progress, and confirming every detail so nothing is missed.
